Rick Keith is AMAZING!!!

He was recently our realtor for a home that we bought as a short sale. Though many short sale homes can be difficult and stressful to acquire, Rick made the entire process a pleasant endeavor. He is extremely organized and experienced in his approach which allowed us to relax and enjoy the house buying process.

Rick is also very sincere in his work. Being first time home buyers, this quality was tremendously beneficial as we had only a small idea of how things should look when buying a home. Rick Keith helped us buy a house and then sell it.!! We had our own realtor but he never found time for us and it was always hard to contact him . . .

We found a house and called Rick Keith since he was the realtor on the selling house and he answered and agreed to come and show the house right away so we ended up buying the house through Rick!!! A year later we decided to sell it since it was small for us and we were going to have another child.
